As of yesterday, all existing recurring invoices will need to have valid payment info entered in order to be processed.
Normally these invoices would be auto-billed to the credit card that you have already put on file with us. However, we have made a change to our card processing that will provide us with greater control over the ability to help you with any billing concerns.
Because your information is stored in the most secure way for auto-billing, we are unable to transfer your payment details and need your assistance to update your card information. You can click on the Pay Now link within the invoice and re-enter your card information. There it will be stored again for future use.
Once you do that, the auto-billing will resume and you will not have to do it again. Your future invoices will be paid automatically when they are issued.
